00:05climbing accident. According to reports by the BBC, Maria was climbing the North

00:09Ridge of the Tryfan Mountain in Wales when she fell to her death. The mountain

00:14is over 3,000 feet high. According to the outlet, she was with a group when she

00:19fell about 65 feet. Her best friend tells the BBC Maria was a one-of-a-kind person

00:26who lived life to the fullest, not only adventurous and free-spirited, but also

00:30incredibly kind, intelligent, and selfless. Her tragic loss will be felt by so many

00:36and we are absolutely devastated to lose such a precious friend. Maria's social

00:41accounts are full of photos of her in nature and doing different sports, from

00:46snowboarding, paddleboarding, skiing, hiking, and climbing ice glaciers. Another

00:52friend who was part of the group shared this clip she says is from about 30

00:56minutes before the accident. Among the images was also a photo of a memorial

01:01with flowers and messages. The caption of the post reads in part,

01:05this will have been roughly 30 minutes before your tragic accident and you

01:09taking your last breaths in front of me. I started CPR as soon as Flo and I got

01:14you safe, but heaven had already claimed you as their angel. I've grieved you and

01:19cried so much that I can't cry anymore. I hope you are proud of us up there for

01:24how we are supporting your family and friends whilst we are still falling apart
