00:00The two men were arrested after they found out that they stole a motorcycle.

00:09The two men tried to escape, but the police explained that they didn't steal the motorcycle, but they borrowed it from their friend.

00:32They were first arrested in Ermita, Manila because they used a tampered license plate of their motorcycle.
