00:00Wine is an important product of our food, which has always existed,
00:06which sees in Italy a correct use in most cases,
00:13and which today sees us in the condition of being the longest-living people in Europe,
00:18the second in the world, and therefore, let's say,
00:21it can hardly be considered a danger,
00:27as some try to show.
00:31Without a doubt, it is correct to recommend a moderate use of any alcohol-based product,
00:39but we believe that demonizing wine is completely wrong,
00:44and whoever does it, in our opinion, does not act in good faith.
00:48Moreover, it often happens that those who support these campaigns
00:53come from countries where the economy of wine is very marginal.
