00:00Have you got acting aspirations outside of pantomime?
00:11Yes, I mean I love acting. I love acting. I've actually done some serious plays as well
00:17that nobody probably really knows about. I played Joe in A Taste of Honey a few years
00:22ago and I've done some really, really good things, good plays and stuff. I would love
00:29to get back into acting. It's just finding the time with the kids and everything like
00:35that. Honestly, 2025, I really want to get back into TV, acting, presenting. So hopefully
00:43this will bring it to me. Come on, manifesting.
00:49You have had a hectic year. Can I ask you to pinpoint a best moment, a highlight perhaps
00:55from the year so far?
01:00A highlight? Finding out I'm having a baby girl. It's got to be. It's got to be. That
01:07is definitely the highlight of the year. It was very, very, it was a surprise. It was
01:12a big shock and it was just the most beautiful surprise because I'm so excited. Because as
01:19you can imagine, I'm the most girliest girl. I love dressing up. I love playing Barbies.
01:25I can't wait to ditch the Avengers for a bit and play Barbies.
01:31And is there perhaps the biggest learning curve of the year you'd like to talk about?
01:36The biggest learning curve? I don't know. I can't think. I've got no, I've got baby brain.
01:44The biggest learning curve would be. Don't trust anyone. I don't know, I don't know really.
01:59I really don't know. I can't think. Yeah, don't trust anyone to be honest.
02:04Yeah, that's a fair enough point. You've mentioned that you'd want to go back into TV next year.
02:10Is there anything else that you're looking forward to doing in 2025?
02:15Well, having my baby girl. I can't wait for that. And seeing the boys with her as well.
02:22I can't wait. I'm really excited for that. And yeah, I'm just hoping to get back on TV
02:28and stuff like that really. Obviously my podcast is doing really well. So I think my podcast
02:34hopefully will be going on tour or something like that, maybe in the new year. So that'll
02:38be exciting. So you haven't got dates for that yet? Not yet, not yet. But we are in
02:43talks about doing a little tour for like my baby shower type thing. So that's exciting.
02:49Yeah. You mentioned your boys there. Can I ask you when you're out and about in Lancashire,
02:53where you like to take them? Where's good? It's just so many places, isn't there? Like
03:00Lancashire is so good for kids. That's why obviously I really wanted to move back because
03:04Matthew is from Leigh. So I lived in Leigh for five years, which is lovely. But I just really
03:10wanted to get back to Fylde Coast because it's just literally on our doorstep. We've got Ferry
03:14and Lake. We've got the parks. We've got ice cream. We've got trampoline parks. I absolutely
03:22love going to St Anne's, like St Anne's around that area, like St Anne's Pier and stuff because
03:27you've got everything in like the space of like that all walking distance. And also I've got
03:34my dad's statue as well, which is really special. So my boys can go and see their granddad.
03:39But, you know, because no one knows all about Granddad Les and that's super special. Just go
03:45and get a chippy, go on the rides, trampoline park, ice cream. Like I said, just so much to do.
03:51Obviously Blackpool as well. Love Blackpool because it's just like all the amusement parks.
03:56We've got all the piers. There's just so much to do. Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach,
04:02just everything. There's just so much to do though, isn't there?
04:05It's crazy for kids. It's just the best place to bring your kids up.
