00:24score goals where, as someone was saying, they were the eighth top scorers this season.

00:28At least we've shipped goals at the back.

00:30What did you make of tonight?

00:32It's just more of the same, really. Are they really interested? I'm not sure that they

00:37are, to be honest. They kind of lack a lot of energy, they don't move the ball quick

00:40enough. I think we came for a point tonight rather than trying... Well, obviously only

00:48three points, but we came for a 1-0, I think, didn't we? Trying to ensure a 0-0 and it kind

00:53of backfired a little bit.

00:54Go down if we can do that.

00:55Gary Neal's under a lot of fire at this moment in time. Do you feel that he's the right man

00:59to keep them forward or do they need a change?

01:01I've tried to give him every chance. We had a really tough start to the season. We played

01:05well in the summer in the States. We beat this lot 3-1. We were really excited for the

01:09season, had a really tough start. The fixtures were really hard, but we've had a decent run

01:15now and I don't think he's shown that he can turn the ground, unfortunately.

01:18Do you feel that this side's good enough to stay up this season?

01:21You start to wonder, don't you, at this point. Just defensively, I just think we're lacking

01:27quality, really. It doesn't matter if we play back five, back four, nothing's working.

01:32Do you feel there's enough belief there? Do you feel there's enough quality? Because the

01:34quality's there, isn't it?

01:36On paper, the quality's there, but I don't know. I think sometimes you can look at a

01:40team, as we do forensically, and think, oh, he's got this quality, that quality. I think

01:45a lot of the chat outside of the club, I think they're less positive. I think sometimes you

01:49can't see the wood for the tree, sometimes.

01:51I was hoping he could, but I don't think so.

01:54Two massive games now in Ipswich and Leicester.

01:57They're all becoming must-wins at this point, so yeah, definitely. I don't know if he'll

02:02be in charge on Saturday, though. I'm assuming behind the scenes they've been making plans

02:06for a switch and maybe he could have saved himself a good one tonight, but unfortunately

02:10we need a change.

02:12Gary Neal's under a lot of criticism, hanging on to his job. Do you feel that he can carry

02:16on going forward?

02:18I think he's on borrowed time. I think the club are just looking for a replacement. As

02:22soon as they find one, he'll be gone, but the question is who's that going to be? There's

02:26not too many obvious candidates out there who seem to want the job.

02:29He's going to want to come. They've got two easy games, two relatively straightforward

02:33games coming up. If we get nothing from those, then we might as well kiss it goodbye, to

02:38be honest.
