00:00So these are the milk that I was able to stock up and I'm very very happy to share to the kids
00:08and I'm very very excited because I'm going to meet them again and yeah, it's gonna be a great day!
00:18By the way, I am a cow mama. I produce a lot of milk.
00:21I am now in my 100 liters and counting journey with my breast milk
00:27and I'm very very happy to share it for the kids who don't have a means of drinking the breast milk.
00:32I wanted to give back to the community. I wanted to share
00:36and I'm very very thankful because my husband is supporting me all the way of what I do
00:41and the first inspiration of this was actually when I found out that there are kids who needs breast milk
00:48especially the ones who are sick and especially the ones who lost their mother because of the COVID-19.
00:53My friend and a colleague actually tagged me about the breast milk donation
00:58and I was actively participating about donating to Baby Ruben.
01:04So what I learned about Baby Ruben is that he was born 1.7 kg
01:09and he even wasn't able to touch or hug or even kiss his mother when he was born.
01:16He was immediately separated from his mom.
01:19And because of that, he never had the mother's love of his biological mother of course.
01:26And then after that, we the mothers who are very happy to give him milk,
01:32we so actively supported him by sending milk, donating milk to Baby Ruben.
01:38And good thing is like he was from 1.7 kg, he became 3 kg
01:44and now he's really gaining more weight and I'm very very happy to be part of that journey.
01:49And hopefully, there will be more babies that we're going to have.
01:53We all know the very great benefits of breast milk and the perfect combination of protein and nutrients
02:01and especially the vitamins that they are getting from the breast milk rather than the formula.
02:07And my advocacy is really promote and to increase the benefits of this breast milk.
02:13So my baby is actually, she refuses to drink from the bottle.
02:18And I create 250 ml without feeding and like 180 something like that.
02:27So I still have like excess of almost 400 ml per 4 hours.
02:34That's how I make milk.
02:36So I am going to still continue pumping even if I'm working.
02:41And my company is very very supportive about breast milk and I'm very happy about it.
02:48I would like to share this story to inspire more moms to pump
02:52and to help also to kids who really need breast milk.
02:57And I would also want to share this experience to raise awareness about the importance of breast milk.
