00:00The Philippine Statistics Authority confirmed that there is no record of more than 400 names receiving confidential funds from the DepEd under Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:12Congressmen questioned a few new receipts because of the inconsistent names and signatures.

00:20And Jonathan Andal was found guilty.

00:22Like Mary Grace Piatos, Congressmen discovered that there is no record of more than 400 names receiving confidential funds from the DepEd under Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:40This is based on the confirmation of the Philippine Statistics Authority in the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability.

00:47Out of 677 individuals, 405 have no birth certificate or no record of birth certificate or we can say non-existent.

01:03Other names have a record in the PSA, but there are many names.

01:07Included in the non-existent birth record is Kokoy Villamin, who received confidential funds from the DepEd and Office of the Vice President, but the signature is different from the receipts.

01:18Congressmen also questioned new receipts.

01:21Alice Cresencio, whose name is on three receipts, but the signature and address are different.

01:28Sally and Sheila, whose name is different but the signature is the same.

01:33This is a bit ridiculous.

01:35The signatories of these ARs are not coordinated.

01:44And because of this, Mr. Chair, I believe that this receipt was again merely fabricated.

01:50Congressmen listed what they saw that could be sued in the last seven hearings of the committee,

01:57such as technical malversation, bribery, corruption of public officer, falsification of documents, perjury, and the most serious, plunder.

02:08If you were asked where the funds went and you cannot answer, the law presumes that you stole it.

02:17Given the amount we are talking about here, this may be under the crime of plunder.

02:24612.5 million pesos of confidential funds are being sought by lawmakers as to where the funds were spent.

02:32As of now, after eight hearings, the committee is finishing its investigation on the confidential funds of VP Sara.

02:39This is to give way to impeachment against the Vice President that confidential funds are also being used.

02:46But this was questioned by Congresswoman Franz Castro.

02:49How can we investigate the two military colonels who were given 100 million pesos of confidential funds by VP Sara?

02:58Why did we stop there? We did not call the two security officers who were involved or who accepted.

03:04The AFP also said that they are also having an internal investigation.

03:10I also do not believe that there will be a partial investigation towards them because we know that they are involved.

03:19We are still trying to get hold of the Vice President and the AFP.
