00:10Yes Raffy, three bills were passed in Palacanang, Malacanang this morning. The first is the amendment to the Rice Tariffication Law.
00:18The second bill is the one that will pass the DOT Refund Program for Non-Resident Tourists.
00:22The third is the Basic Education, Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act.
00:26The amendments to the Rice Tariffication Law are important. The increase of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund of ARCEP from P10 billion per year,
00:35this was made to P30 billion per year. The program was extended until 2031.
00:40This is a big help for mechanization and investment in high-quality seeds and training for farmers to improve their productivity.
