00:04Fishing is a key contributor to its economy and it exports seafood across

00:09Europe and the Middle East. The first poultry farm in the UAE was

00:12established in Um Al Quwain in Falaj Al Mualla. It is considered a key supplier

00:17of poultry and dairy products to the local market. The emirate has rich coastal

00:21mangroves along the Arabian Gulf and many islands that lie to the east of the

00:26mainland. The biggest island, Al Siniyah, is home to Arabian gazelles, falcons and

00:31turtles. It's also a bird sanctuary. Um Al Quwain's archaeological site, Al Durr,

00:35was a coastal city from 200 BC to the 3rd century AD.
