00:00Aside from the gift-giving this day, we have a lot of countrymen who were delighted by the activities of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. this past week.

00:11Let's go back to the center of the news, Kenneth Paciente.

00:17At the beginning of December, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. realized the miracle of giving this Christmas

00:24when he visited the Marilac Hills and Haven for Women in Muntinlupa City.

00:29This is where essential supplies such as rice, food packs, medicine, and supplies for babies are distributed.

00:36The Executive Board of the Gift-Giving in Manila Boys Town Complex also took the lead

00:41where it was decided that the government will continue to support the individuals in need.

00:47On Tuesday, the Chief Executive led the 5th State Conference of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption or UNCA

00:54along with other public sector institutions.

00:57He gave the message that the government should remain faithful to the implementation of comprehensive and balanced strategies

01:04that will strengthen the integrity and responsibility of the bureaucracy.

01:07The President also led the Sectoral Meeting with the DOH and discussed the first 1,000 Days Program of the agency

01:15in which the President will be trusted to be successful.

01:18The President also ordered the National Nutrition Council to provide additional support to the LGUs

01:24so that the nutrition of their residents will be targeted.

01:27On Wednesday, the President participated in the 33rd Anti-Terrorism Council Regular Meeting

01:32where he gave the message that the government should continue to support the Council

01:36especially in the fight against the insurgency in the country.

01:39He was also the first in the leadership of the newly promoted Generals and Flag Officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

01:45This is where the President urged them to remain faithful to their duties

01:49and insisted that the administration should continue to support them.

01:53He also received World Trade Organization Director General Dr. Ngozi Iwayala in a courtesy call

02:00where the two of them discussed the plans of the Philippines to further strengthen their relationship.

02:05The International Trade and Economic Development of Canada, which is currently carrying out trade missions in the country,

02:10also gave a courtesy call to the President.

02:13The President emphasized the strengthening of the alliance of the Philippines to other countries

02:18so that the Philippines can become an investment hub.

02:20On Wednesday, the President handed out 9,058 Certificates of Condonation to 6,951 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries in Davao Region

02:29who paid their debt of P527,694,544.

02:37The President also handed out 672 Electronic Titles to 465 ARBs from Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur.

02:47He also handed out 144 Certificates of Land Ownership Award to 142 ARBs in Davao City.

02:54The President also handed out the same help to the province of Sarangani for the 1,000 beneficiaries.

03:00On Friday, the President signed the Ligtas Pinoy Centers Act

03:04which aims to establish evacuation centers in various cities and municipalities in the country

03:10that are strong and capable of providing temporary but safe housing for those who may be affected by calamities.

03:17He also added the Student Loan Payment Moratorium during Disasters and Emergency Act

03:23which will prevent students from paying their student loan without a penalty and interest, especially after the earthquake.

03:31He also prioritized the launch of the first Mobile Soil Laboratory in the country

03:36which will help to examine the land of the farmers so that their crops can be produced.

03:41The Executive Board and First Lady Luisa Araneta Marcos also accepted the original Murillo Velarde 1734 map by the President.

03:49This is an important part of the country's prosperity,

03:52especially since it played a major role in Philippine's victory in the 2016 Arbitral Award in the South China Sea in 2016.
