00:00All right, so Boise State tonight takes on UNLV.
00:08The Rebels are really good, 3.5 point favorite, Boise State on the turf, usually a much bigger
00:13favorite in championship situations, money line of minus 188, total of 57.5.
00:20So I guess let's start, Bill, with the thinking that generally the way that this goes is that
00:26in rivalry week, we always get a lot of upsets and then the chalk tends to win in championship
00:32situations because the teams are, you know, sometimes they're at home.
00:35Is that the scenario you think that plays out tonight?
00:38I like these group of five conference championship games on home campuses.
00:42It adds a little bit more to the game.
00:45And I think in this case for Boise State, it's going to give them a decided advantage.
00:49Maddox Mattson, 15 touchdowns, two interceptions, 165 passer rating at home.
00:55So it's not just about Ashton Gente, who they're going to give the ball to 25 to 30 times.
01:00I think they'll feed off the energy at home.
01:02They've been there, done that.
01:04Doesn't mean UNLV is not a great story or that Haj Malik Williams might not have a good
01:09game, but I think Boise State sews it up.
01:11And there's something to be said.
01:13You know, they were the group of five buster.
01:14They were the original BCS buster.
01:16And here they are, have a chance to maybe get in the playoff and even get a first round
01:20bye.
01:21Yeah.
01:22If they lose, though, Bill, we would agree they're out, right?
01:25They're out and UNLV would be the 12.
01:27And then we're just working the bracket from 11 up at that point.
01:30I don't think UNLV could be any higher than 12.
