00:17Bea, the Katipunan Avenue flyover in North Bond was closed after more than 20 cars were hit by a winged van truck.
00:27It hit the road and did not go down.
00:29Of the 20 cars that were hit by the Katipunan Avenue flyover in North Bond in Quezon City last night at 6 p.m.,
00:36four were killed and 25 were injured.
00:42According to the Quezon City Traffic Sector 3,
00:4416 motorcycles, 5 four-wheel vehicles, 1 bus and 1 truck were involved in the accident.
00:50According to the truck driver, their winged van lost its brakes so it hit the cars.
00:56The driver was even looking for a way to escape after the crash.
