00:00A woman was filled with fear after she saw a man holding her 5-year-old daughter.

00:08The incident happened just outside the victim's house.

00:12Witness, Mackie Pulido.

00:18From the room where Liza was watching the CCTV, her real name,

00:22when she heard a knock at the door of the house,

00:25she saw a man at the window who was pointing at two children in the living room.

00:30The man took out his wallet and handed it to one of the children.

00:35When he backed away, he did this.

00:38It was like he was calling someone from the inside.

00:40When he was convinced, a child came out.

00:43He gave her money.

00:45When he gave it, he pointed at her as she climbed up.

00:48Liza ran outside the house when she saw her nephew coming out.

00:52I went to this place to stop him.

00:56I asked him, why did you give the child money?

00:59He replied, it was just like that.

01:02It was like he couldn't speak.

01:05When Liza entered the child's house,

01:07the man grabbed her and left immediately.

01:10The mother of the child was very worried

01:12because they suspected that the man was planning to kidnap her 5-year-old daughter.

01:16I was also scared for my daughter

01:18because they were always playing here even though there was no one watching.

01:22I was afraid because the house was right in front of me.

01:25It was far from the road.

01:27The family reported the incident to the police precinct

01:30located in Barangay 180, Caloocan.

01:33The mother asked the police to investigate and find the man.

01:37The PNP substation commander did not interview in front of the camera.

01:41But she said they will investigate this.
