Meet Harnidh Kaur Sodhi, the viral Indian dancer girl from Dubai

00:00Hi everyone, my name is Harnith. I'm 14 years old. I'm from India. I study in GSSIS in 9th

00:10grade. So basically, my social media journey, it all started back in July 2021. Right now

00:18I've officially completed like three years on social media. I'm really happy. And so

00:22thankful to you guys for supporting me all these years. So it all started when I was

00:27just you know, during lockdown, I was just like dancing the whole day because we had

00:31like nothing to do. So I was just like dancing to YouTube videos, YouTube choreographies.

00:37When we came to Dubai, when we shifted to Dubai, I used to dance like the whole day.

00:41And my mom was just like, okay, you know what, let's just make this social media account

00:46on Instagram. It all started with Instagram. And then I was like, okay, we can do that.

00:51So that's how like the video making process started. So from that onwards, I've been making

00:58comedy videos, dance videos, and I really enjoyed that. And I'm really happy how far

01:11I've come right now. And really thankful to you guys for supporting me. So basically,

01:16I haven't like learned dancing from anywhere. I'm basically like a self-taught dancer,

01:21or a social media taught dancer. So it all started like, when I was two, I was always

01:28like participating in these dance functions, annual functions in my school. So I was like

01:33always placed in the front. So I was really passionate about dancing, even at that time.

01:39So I think that's how it started. And then it just continued to, you know, me improving

01:46myself just by watching videos on Instagram, YouTube, you know, just watching other people

01:51on social media. That's, I think that's how I improved my dancing skills. And all the

01:57dance forms that I have learned like hip hop, I even do classical, even Punjabi, Bhangra,

02:03you know, all of that I've just learned from social media, I think I've improved pretty

02:09much, but I need to take like lessons on all of these dance forms. And I want to learn

02:14like, as many dance forms as possible. Because I'm really passionate for that. Like, I'm

02:19really passionate for classical dancing and tutting. I really love those forms. And I'm

02:26really interested about all those dance forms. And I hope I get to learn them as soon as

02:30possible. I just have like so many collaborations in mind, like I want to collaborate with Nora

02:37Fatehi, Tiger Shroff. I think those two dancers are like the ones I look up to. I really,

02:44I really love their dancing style, especially Tiger Shroff. It's so cool. It would be really

02:49great if I could collaborate with them maybe one day. But there's just so many like I could

02:55collaborate with every single one. So yeah.
