00:25the court ordered the release of actress and businessman Nery Nayeg.

00:30BGMP Pasay City Jail has received the release order of Nery Nayeg Miranda

00:36for the case of syndicated estafa in RTC branch 112 Pasay City.

00:42We are ordered to release Ms. Miranda immediately.

00:47The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology confirmed that Nery was released at 6 p.m.

00:52after serving the release order in the hospital where she was confined for five days.

00:57She was not brought to Pasay City Jail.

01:00Acting Presiding Judge Ronald Agustan dismissed the arrest warrant against Nery.

01:05They did not inform Nery about the preliminary investigation of the Office of the City Prosecutor of Pasay

01:13The sentence for Nery was sent to the wrong address.

01:17It was filed in Batangas and not in the real address of Nery in Alfonso, Cavite.

01:26that she lost her visa in the preliminary investigation of Pasay City Prosecutor's Office.

01:31The court also ordered the Office of the City Prosecutor of Pasay

01:35to conduct a new preliminary investigation.

01:38Nery's camp thanked the court for giving importance to her constitutional right to due process.

01:44Upon further investigation of the case,

01:46Nery will be given a chance to answer allegations against her.

01:50They are hoping for a re-investigation.

01:53Nery will be absolved of all charges related to Dermacare Beyond Skin Care Solutions.
