00:00I think people should come here because this is where all the independent businesses are
00:04and it always has been known for that and there's a great range of businesses
00:08whether it's clothing accessories like us, whether it's vintage, you know we're new but
00:13there's lots of vintage shops here, there's some great cafes, restaurants, bars, so it's a mix so
00:21you can actually spend most of the day around here if you want to. There's more development
00:24happening, it's really exciting. I think it's bringing people into the city that probably
00:29haven't been for a long time. I think that obviously with all the press about that it's
00:33probably people sometimes forget about this area and it's still here, it's still happening,
00:38it's still vibrant and so I think a bit of focus has been there but that's understandable.
00:47We are literally round the corner so people that know, know to come here,
00:52it's just reminding those that haven't been to town for years that this area does exist.
