A wooden beach hut has sold for £485,000 - making it one of Britain's most expensive ever.
The hut at Mudeford Sandbank, just south of Christchurch, on the Dorset coast measures just 20m².
But it it thought to have fetched so much because it some how has two storeys and a toilet crammed inside.
It was supposedly sold by Denisons Estate Agents less than 24 hours after going on the market.
Despite just the one bed and minimal sofa space, according to Denisons it can sleep six to eight people - but only for half the year.
BCP Council says the beach huts can only be slept in from 1st March to 31st October every year and owners require a license.
Denisons also say this is an 'above average size' hut - a typical one measures just 20.25m², and electricity is supplied by a solar panel.
Two other beach huts sold over the past year for £480,000 and £415,000 - both without a toilet, running water or gas.
For the same money in nearby Christchurch, you could buy a four-bedroom house.

00:00This ladies and gentlemen is now the most expensive beach hut to be sold at Hengsbury Head at
00:06485,000 pounds. It's the same as the other ones I shared with you. Basically, it's got solar for electricity
00:14However, the difference with this one is that it has a toilet. Can you believe it?
00:19I don't think it goes into sewers, but let's have a little look around
00:22It's got a nice sea view, which is probably what you're paying for. You've got Isle of Wight views over there
00:27Let's go take a look around the back
00:29So for 485,000 you get a little bit of storage
00:34down the side and
00:36The back door apparently is enough room for one bed
00:39One sofa and it's apparently an above-average size
00:43You've got lots of neighbors down here as you can see and a load up that way, but essentially guys
00:50This is a shit and even in the Bournemouth area for
00:54485,000 you can find a fairly decent home for that price
00:58Worth it. This beach hut here on the Muddiford spit in Dorset has just sold for a whopping
01:05480,000 pounds my word. That is a lot of money for
01:10480,000 pounds you don't really get much more for your money than the last beach hut I shared
01:14I mean you get a better view and a fridge freezer with this one, but there's still no toilet. No gas
01:19No running water and your electricity comes from the solar panel
01:23According to the seller this beach hut sleeps seven people although I would say that would be quite cozy now talking about sleeping
01:29You can only sleep in these between the months of April and October. You must not live in these
01:34There's also a yearly license fee which gets paid to the council and that's calculated by how much space you take up
01:39So if you put a little bit of decking on you're gonna pay a little bit more
01:42So do you think 480,000 pounds is a bit too much?
01:45It makes you wonder what the next one's gonna sell before this beach up here down at Hengsbury Head near Bournemouth is on the market
01:53415,000 pounds. So what do you get for nearly half a million pounds?
01:58Well, let me tell you what you don't get you don't get a toilet any running water
02:02No gas, and you don't get any electricity direct in to the cabin the shed whatever you want to call this
02:09The only way you get your electricity is through this solar panel now. It does come with nice views
02:15You can just see the Isle of Wight you won't be able to see it here
02:18But there are Isle of Wight views there loads of other little cabins
02:22Beach huts shall I say but it's amazing how much
02:27People are willing to pay for this. This is insane. It is essentially just a shed
02:34Do you think this is good value?
