00:32And today, we proceed to take the report that the commission made last week,

00:41after having exhausted the procedure of meeting with the different officials,

00:47including the Minister of Finance, the Deputy Minister, who is the Director of Budget.

00:53And after this, we have no choice but to take this piece and submit it to the Senate of the Republic,

01:01which I understand could meet this week to know it.

01:06We are going to send it to the Senate today, because the Commission of Senators and Deputies has already studied it exhaustively.

01:15And the only thing we have to do is try that the country, with the circumstances it has,

01:22can execute this important piece, in addition to 1,700,000,000 pesos,

01:40such as the problem of the Monorail of Santiago, which also today we approved a piece related to it,

01:48such as the start of important works in terms of transportation in the province of Santo Domingo and the National District,

01:56which everyone knows is a fundamental problem that we have in the capital,

02:03as well as the realization and completion of important works,

02:08the Duarte highway, the other part of the subway, and all those works that the country is demanding.

02:14The country is in good hands, it is on the right track,

02:17and President Luis Abinadel, now with the approved budget,

02:21will know how to handle it correctly to provide the solution.

02:26The deputies of the opposition complain that there are pyrrhic quantities,

02:31and that they were overshadowed by the officialism.

02:33And the amount of bribes that are given.

02:35Look, in this process of a vote, we go with all the democracy,

02:46but in the end, what decides is the majority of votes.

02:50And indeed, the Dominican people gave the PRM the possibility of having the amount of votes it has.
