00:00I think the one thing that we learned, Bill, uh, without a doubt that, uh, as, as you're
00:08going to talk about here is that Michigan has found their way to beat Ohio state where
00:12they couldn't beat them for a long time.
00:13That series has completely shifted.
00:16And I think we have to be honest with ourselves a little bit here.
00:18I mean, Ohio state's still going to make the college football playoff, but I don't know
00:23that they're that good.
00:24Like, I think their quarterback should have been the guy from Syracuse that's playing
00:28right now.
00:29I'm telling you, I just, I'm not all that impressed.
00:33I think they could be one and done from what I've seen.
00:35I don't know.
00:36Well, a couple of things there, and that's probably the most painful realization after
00:40watching what Kyle McCord did to Miami after the game.
00:43But I try to explain this to people all the time.
00:46Ohio state would rather beat Michigan than win the national championship.
00:50If you ask eight of 10 fans, now the players in the locker room, the coaches, it's probably
00:54a different story, but it's that real.
00:58And the fact that Michigan was able to beat them was stunning, and the most stunning statistic
01:02I can give you is Ohio state had 17 carries for 41 yards between the tackles at Michigan's
01:09two best players.
01:11They refused to go tempo.
01:12They refused to put the ball in the air when they had some advantages on the outside and
01:16they played right into Michigan's hands.
01:18And it was one of the most stunning developments.
01:20And now you're thinking, what if they play Tennessee or Alabama in the first round?
01:25Tennessee does those things that Michigan does, and they do them better.
01:29So they're going to have a tough first round matchup no matter what.
