00:29better and more resilient Central Luzon. During the Bagong Pilipinas Town Hall meeting
00:35and infrastructure summit of the DPWH, PICE Central Luzon Regional Coordinator
00:42Levitico Esguerra Jr. lauded the agency for being at the forefront of transforming the physical,
00:49economic, and environmental landscape of Central Luzon.
00:53Through its strategic infrastructure projects and programs, the department has significantly
01:00enhanced accessibility across the region's seven provinces, fostering seamless connectivity
01:08between urban centers and rural communities. For her part, PCCI North Luzon Regional Governor
01:16Christina Tuzon highlighted the business sector's recognition of infrastructure as a key driver
01:22of development and competitiveness. Tuzon said it is important to have good infrastructure
01:29to transport our agricultural products as it enhances economic growth, boost productivity,
