00:00Presidential Adviser Larigadon believes that another impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte will have no effect on the economy.

00:16If Presidential Adviser for Poverty Elevation, Secretary Larigadon, is the one to ask,

00:21the ground is strong in the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:26But this is not the first time that this has been filed in the House of Representatives

00:29because of the small number of seats left in the Congress.

00:33We have very strong grounds in the impeachment.

00:35The betrayal of public trust, graft and corruption, and high crimes, all of those are there.

00:42The problem is that it's already December 3.

00:46In just a matter of one week or more, it's already Christmas break for the Congress.

00:53That will resume in January, around the 3rd week of January.

00:58But it will only session for two or three days and it will be adjourned because it's already election period.

01:04Secretary Larigadon also explained that although she is just delaying the filing of the impeachment of ACT-Bayan party list

01:11and several civil society groups against VP Sara, there is a one-year ban on filing it in the House of Representatives.

01:17I warned them that the filing of impeachment can only be done once a year.

01:23If they file it now and they insist that the hearing will be postponed, that will not be done.

01:29Next year, the impeachment will not be filed because there is a one-year ban or one-year limit.

01:37The secretariat also emphasized that there will be no effect on the economy

01:41and filed an impeachment against VP Sara.

01:44In addition, there is no other blame but the Vice President because of the confidential funds that cannot be explained.
