00:00Good afternoon, this is the latest weather forecast for Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
00:08At the moment, this shear line is the result of cold wind from the northeast and hot wind from the east.
00:15This is affecting the Kalayaan Islands as well as the eastern part of Northern and Central Luzon.
00:22Meanwhile, the Northeast monsoon is the one that is affecting the southern part of Northern Luzon.
00:28The Northeast monsoon is the one that brings heavy rainfall and heavy rains in the Batanes area.
00:35The shear line is the one that brings heavy rainfall and heavy rains in the Cordillera Administrative Region,
00:44Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kalayaan Islands, Aurora, and the southern part of Cagayan Valley.
00:51Our fellow countrymen, the last few days, it has been raining heavily,
00:55which is causing flooding and landslides.
00:58For the time being, in Metro Manila and the rest of the country,

01:33it is possible that there will be numerous flooding incidents,
01:36especially in urbanized, low-lying, and near river channels.
01:40Landslides are likely in moderate to highly susceptible areas.
01:44As for moderate to heavy rains in Kalinga, Apayaw, and Ilocos Norte,
01:4950 to 100 mm of rain if the rainfall is moderate to heavy.
01:53So if the rainfall is moderate to heavy, localized flooding is possible
01:58in urbanized, low-lying, and near rivers.
02:02Landslides are possible in highly susceptible areas.
02:07From tomorrow afternoon until Thursday afternoon,
02:09we still expect heavy to intense rains in Cagayan area.
02:14Moderate to heavy rains in Isabela, Apayaw, and Ilocos Norte.
02:21From Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon,
02:24moderate to heavy rains are expected in Isabela, Cagayan, Apayaw, and Ilocos Norte.
02:31So our fellow Filipinos, especially those who were flooded last day,
02:35just like what we said, be careful of floods and landslides.
02:40Our fellow regional services division will continue to issue thunderstorm advisory,
02:46rainfall advisory, or heavy rainfall warning if necessary.
02:51For the time being, tomorrow, we still expect the Northeast Monsoon
02:56to continue to bring heavy rains in Batanes.
03:01Meanwhile, in the northern part of the mainland, Northern Luzon,
03:06as well as Babuyan Islands,
03:08the Shire Line will continue to bring heavy rains.
03:12In Metro Manila and the southern part of Luzon,

03:35it is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius,
03:3723 to 28 in Tuguegarao,

03:43The average temperature tomorrow in Puerto Princesa and Calayaan Islands
03:47is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
03:51For the time being, in Visayas and Mindanao,

04:01The average temperature in Zamboanga, Iloilo, Cebu, and Tacloban
