00:03This fall I am team apples. We're making apple bread pudding because it's so easy. You just
00:09toss together some cinnamon raisin bread with like a custard mixture and some cooked apples.
00:13Here is where we're getting wild with this. We're putting some turbinado sugar in the baking dish.
00:19The bottom gets nice and caramelized and crisp. Top it with more turbinado sugar so that the top
00:24gets crisp. Bake it in the oven. Take it out. Serve it with creme anglaise which is basically
00:29ice cream before it becomes ice cream. It is so so good and this is what you should be making
00:34instead of anything pumpkin. Oh my word. Pumpkins. We're done with them this fall.
