00:00And the last one, Madam Speaker, is about the issue of bullying, which is getting more and more systemic.
00:06I don't need to repeat it.
00:07In terms of the bullying case involving the late Zulfarhan or the new ones,
00:12there is another case involving UPNM and also Palapis at UITM.
00:19My question is simple.
00:20If bullying has been seen as systemic,
00:24it is not only involving one or two bullies,
00:28but it is being protected directly or indirectly by the leaders,
00:34or at least tried to be silenced.
00:36I suggest two things to solve this issue.
00:39First, I urge the parents who are affected,
00:43not only to file a police report, take action,
00:46they have to be charged.
00:47Charging is good, take action.
00:48But please make a civil complaint to the institution,
00:53to the warden, to the officers who are involved,
00:55because they should be charged.
00:57Make sure they are compensated.
01:01So that when the time comes, they will not look left, right, up, down.
01:05They will take direct action.
01:07As long as we do not make them miserable,
01:09as long as they clean their hands, it's okay.
01:12This one is the only bully.
01:14If he is jailed, the others can go to hell.
01:17Enough is enough.
01:18Second, I challenge the government to make a wave from top to bottom.
01:22If this happens in other countries,
01:24like what happened in RMC St. Hearst,
01:26or what happened in West Point,
01:28believe me, the leaders up there have been silenced,
01:31thrown out, called to the Senate hearing.
01:33In Malaysia, they are silenced.
01:35It's okay, we take action against one or two bullies.
01:37Take drastic action,
01:40so that no more lives are lost.
01:43That's my suggestion.
01:44Madam Speaker, thank you.
