00:07Rainfall in Southern Luzon is still expected,
00:10followed by the effects of the shear line.
00:12According to the forecast,
00:13there is a possibility of heavy to intense rainfall
00:16in the province of Quezon in the next few hours.
00:19Moderate to heavy rainfall in Isabela, Aurora, Oriental Mindoro,
00:24Marinduque, Romblon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,
00:28Catanduanes, Palawan, and Laguna.
00:30The aforementioned areas are still being taken care of
00:33due to heavy rainfall and landslides.
00:36The shear line is caused by hot wind from the east
00:39and cold wind from the north east of the country.
00:42It is formed by a cloud of rain,
00:45especially in the Bicol region, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa.
00:48For now, there is no monitored storm expected.
00:52However, there are up to two storms
00:55that are likely to enter the area of responsibility
00:59of the Philippines this December.
01:01In addition to this, in Camarines Norte,
01:02some areas in Barangay Magangkayo were flooded
01:05due to the rainfall.
01:07Rescue and retrieval operations are ongoing in the area.

01:14the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board
01:17reminded commuters that
01:18the Christmas rush is about to begin.
01:20According to LTFRD Chairman Teofilo Guadis III,
01:24it is better for passengers to plan their trip in advance

01:36and do not ride in color rooms.
