00:00Hey, everybody. I am your girl, Ke'an D. Burrus.
00:02And I'm Todd Tucker.
00:04And this is the Not So Newlywed Game.
00:10Where was our first date?
00:17I remember our first concert.
00:19I don't know the group. I think this is the group.
00:22You got a long, like, you write a paragraph over there to see the, is that right?
00:28Yeah.
00:28Wait, what you got? You're erasing it.
00:30I don't remember what our first date was.
00:32But I remember our first concert was going to see the Go-Go's.
00:36You never seen the Go-Go's.
00:38But when Todd and I first started dating, we were dating in secret.
00:42Because he wasn't supposed to be part of production
00:45and dating the talent on The Real Housewives, obviously.
00:48We were only going places that we didn't think we would run into
00:52other housewives or producers.
00:54And I was like, I don't think any of them are gonna be at this Go-Go's concert.
00:58So let's go.
01:00Who said, I love you first?
01:02Ready?
01:03Yep.
01:04He said, Candy, during sex.
01:08It's true.
01:09I, um...
01:10She was a little emotional. I don't know what was going on.
01:12I don't know. I guess the sex was good that day.
01:14And I just blurted it out.
01:16And even after I did, I was like, why did I say that?
01:18Hey, man, you love me. It's okay.
01:20But hey, it worked out, right?
01:22Ready?
01:23Yeah.
01:25Yeah.
01:26The song was Love, Music, Soul, Child is the Artist.
01:30I feel like we had the best wedding of anybody I've ever seen.
01:34It was like a concert.
01:35Yeah, it was everything. It was everything.
01:38Yeah. But at the reception, when we first danced, we danced to his song, Love.
01:42And then Dougie Fresh and BBD all performed at our reception as well.
01:48What is Candy's favorite song she's ever written?
01:51She better say this one because this is the one that keeps on giving.
01:56Well, that's a great one.
01:58But we're just talking about what I've ever written.
02:01It's a song called Easier.
02:03And it was on my solo album, Hey Candy, back in the day.
02:10Faith Evans and I, it's a duet.
02:12But the song is basically about when I lost my brother.
02:14And it's just talking about how when you lose somebody,
02:19it never feels right, but it will get easier.
02:24I have so many.
02:25He has so many.
02:27Todd is like one of those people.
02:29I know you ain't talking.
02:33Oh, you put attention.
02:34Well, I put it when I'm on social media.
02:37That's when he's not getting attention.
02:39The other one I say is, and this applies to everybody, not just me, are details.
02:45He cannot stand, like, if he comes somewhere, like,
02:49and your floorboard, like, the paint is like a little bit off.
02:54If anybody comes to do any type of work and they have something that is just slightly not in place,
03:00it's the details.
03:01We spend a lot of money on our house.
03:05And if someone comes to do some work and the tile doesn't line up properly,
03:08they have to do it over.
