00:00More than 80 Chinese vessels were spotted near Pagasa Island,

00:14According to Reuters, the ships were possibly part of the Chinese maritime militia.
00:18Security analyst Ray Powell also noticed
00:21a group of Chinese vessels from Tuesday, November 26
00:26to Wednesday, November 27.
00:29The Philippine Navy confirmed that there were more Chinese vessels in Pagasa Island.
00:33It was also possible that the ships came from Subi or Zamora Reef
00:37where the ships were stranded due to the typhoon.
00:41The Philippine Navy said that the number of Chinese vessels should not be unknown.
00:47Within the territorial sea of Pagasa is Subi Reef.
