00:21Although the issues regarding illegal drugs and poko are currently being discussed here in the continuation of the House Quad Committee's hearing.

00:34The House Quad Committee continued its hearing earlier this morning,

00:40and for this day, issues regarding poko and illegal drugs were the first to be noticed.

00:46According to Quadcom lead chair Robert Ace Barbers,

00:49their target is to clarify the connection between poko and illegal drugs in the country.

00:54That's why they invited personalities who can provide important information about this.

01:00For the first time just a while ago,

01:02PDEA presented a new matrix regarding poko and illegal drug trade,

01:07and how the personalities related to this can be identified.

01:11One of the resource persons is the former customs fixer, Mark Taguba.

01:17He was convicted because of the controversial 6.4 billion pesos in Shabu Hall in 2017.

01:24Police Colonel Hector Grijaldo did not attend the hearing.

01:27He accused some of the Quadcom leaders who forced him to sign the drug reward system.

01:34Co-chairs Dan Fernandez and Bienvenido Abante Jr. denied this.

01:39Because of Grijaldo's constant interference in the hearing,

01:43the committee ordered the House Physician and the PNP Physician to examine his condition.

01:51At this point, let's listen to Chairman Barbers' statement regarding his return

01:58against the well-funded troll campaign against them.

02:04We want to assure you that while we are being forced to destroy,

02:09we will not stop in destroying things in order to see and spread the whole truth.

02:17We urge the people who are aware of the status of illegal drugs

02:24to come here and spread the truth about who are the perpetrators of illegal drugs in our country.

02:35We are being forced to destroy the image of our Quadcom,

02:40which has no other purpose but to spread the truth.

02:46That is why we urge our fellow countrymen to come forward,

02:54speak up, and give their information related to what we are discussing here.

03:02A while ago, the committee assigned the former mayor of Mexico, Mayor Teddy Tumang.

03:11He was the former mayor of that town.

03:14Because of the discussion earlier, I am asking the congressmen to come forward
