What is Vegetable Soup?
Vegetable soup is prepared using vegetables, leafy greens and mushrooms, as the main ingredients.

Vegetable Soup Recipe:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic / Lehsan ( Chopped ) 2 tbsp
Saute For 1 Minute or Till Golden
Carrot / Gajar ( Julienne Cut ) 1 Medium or 50 gm
Saute For 1 Minute
Peas / Mater 1/2 Cup or 50 gm
Saute For 2 Minute
Mushroom 1 Cup or 100 gm
Sweet Corn 1 Cup or 100 gm
Capsicum / Shimla Mirch ( Julienne Cut ) 2 Medium or 50 gm
Cabbage / Band Gobi 1 Cup or 50 gm
Green Onion White Part ( Julienne Cut ) 1/2 Cup
Mix Well Cook For 2 to 3 Minutes
Water 2.5 Liter
Bring It To Boil
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tbsp or To Taste
White Pepper / Safaid Mirch 1 tsp
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch 1 tsp
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 30 Minutes
Green Onion 1/2 Cup
Add 1/2 Cup Water Into 6 tbsp Corn Flour to Make A Slurry
Add Corn Flour Slurry
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar / Sirka 1 tbsp
Cook For 2 Minutes & Close The Flame
Vegetable Soup Recipe Ready To Serve
