00:22According to the Philippine Statistics Authority Calabarzon,
00:25this is equivalent to 13.4 million individuals from the target of 16.4 million people in the region.
00:32According to the PSA, the province of Cavite is leading in the highest number of registered residents for PhilSIS.
00:40The goal of PhilSIS is to have a secure and reliable identification of every Filipino.
00:46This can also help to have access to health care, financial services, social benefits,
00:52and other services of the government and private sector.
00:55This also strengthens the security and anti-fraud measures of the country.
