00:00You didn't think it was going to be a great day, right?
00:05All we said all week was that a slate's not that good.
00:07You're coming off Bills, Chiefs, Steelers, Ravens, all these, you know, great games.
00:11And then the card was kind of subpar, but we did get some wild games in that early window
00:17on Sunday.
00:18Crazy finishes with Washington, Dallas, and Chicago, Minnesota.
00:22Yeah, real wild finishes.
00:25And I think we're at the time of the year right now where there's going to be a lot
00:28of this, to be honest.
00:29There's just a lot of bad teams, Carver.
00:31Just point blank.
00:32And in fact, there's never, I can't really ever recall a season in which there's been
00:37as many, as many bad teams as there are in a National Football League.
00:41Like if you look at the standings and you look at the NFL draft order, there's a lot
00:45of teams that you'd be like, wow, we've only won two games.
00:48We've only won three games.
00:49You must have a really high draft pick.
00:51Not really.
00:52Because everybody else, you get into this tiebreaker stuff with all these other two
00:56lost teams.
00:57And now the Cowboys came in with like the 11th pick.
01:00Now they win.
01:01There's just, there's so much, you know, there's so much mediocrity in a National
01:07Football League.
01:08And now we get at this time of the year where a lot of players are in the for who and for
01:11what mode as well.
01:14You know, you figure they're always playing for something or playing for themselves.
01:17But as you know, I guess the modern term is business decisions, right?
01:22You'll see players make a lot of business decisions as in, you know, I'm not tackling
01:25Derrick Henry right now, right?
01:27Where we were a two-win team.
01:29So you got a lot of just sort of bad football.
01:31It's been this way for a couple of weeks, actually, Carver.
01:33And I think it'll continue.
01:34I mean, look at the Thanksgiving slate.
01:36Like, oh, wow, we get to see the New York Giants play the Dallas Cowboys.
01:41That's going to be great.
01:42Dude, like the New York Giants, they're like, they're worse than an Ivy League football
01:46team, this team.
01:47Like, they're like beyond bad.
01:49Like, would you pay, how much would you pay to watch the New York Giants play football?
01:52Like, I wouldn't pay $2.
01:55Like, if you gave me a free ticket, and I know that facility well, Carver, if you gave
01:59me a free ticket to a Giant game, I'd be like, so in other words, you're telling me you want
02:04me to spend 80 bucks to get in and out of there on an Uber?
02:07You want me to be stranded in the parking lot after?
02:10Like, imagine giving up your day for the New York Giants.
02:13Like, I barely want to watch them on TV.
02:15It's just bad stuff.
02:17The Thursday night is pretty cool.
02:19But I thought yesterday, Carver, I said, I guess this is what the NFL is like when the
02:23Buffalo Bills don't play.
02:24Boring.
