00:15How is it that we can proliferate the story of Sanchar Sathi or Chakshu in terms of being
00:24able to create, to make sure that we safeguard against the negative uses of technology?
00:32One of the things that I've been doing now for almost a year and a half is that every
00:36single week I do one Instagram reel, I'm sure all of you who actually do follow and have
00:43seen it, I do one Instagram reel talking about which is the biggest digital scam or otherwise
00:49that is coming up and simplifying it down to what is it that you can safeguard.
00:55For instance, these digital arrests, we took that reel out again, 10, 12 million views.
01:00What I find very startling about that entire thing is that when people watch that, I think
01:07it is fear that makes them watch it.
01:09But the final emotion, as you spoke about, emotion is the most important part, is that
01:15they come out of it saying, you know, oh my God, I didn't know that.
01:19Now I know it.
01:20The shareability of that is immense.
01:24We've tracked that down that if there are 10 million views, there are almost 15 to 16
01:29million people that have also been, have got it as shares.
01:33And that's all that it really is all about.
01:36If you know that there is, this is the modus operandi of a particular scam, and you know
01:41that you're not going to be digitally arrested by CBI or Blue Dart or whoever is the latest
01:48scam, the latest one I've heard is TRI.

02:01You know that's not going to be, but how many people, vulnerable people do not know?
02:06I mean, what is the biggest fear?
02:08Your phone will be suspended in a few seconds unless you press one, right?
02:12But if we can actually get that information out, use a little bit of humor, a little bit
02:16of entertainment, but leave you with the fact that I know this now, and I will share
02:22it with friends, family, and anybody I know.
02:25That has become the fastest way to make sure that these scams and the imagination of scamsters
02:31of hats off is becoming unbelievable.
02:35We've got to be more imaginative than them to make sure that everybody knows about this.
02:40So I have to say that once a week, now my team is telling me we've got to go to two
02:46scams a week because there are too many new ones that are all coming in.
02:50So that's one of the things that we're doing and we're really, really going.
02:54So I did a show called Gadget Guru, Cell Guru.
02:58Unfortunately, now it's a negative one.
