00:00A man and his dog were found stranded at sea after surviving for two months on raw fish and rainwater.
00:06I've been struggling to sort, you know, the health was pretty bad for a while. I was
00:10pretty hungry and I didn't think I'd make it through the storm. She's amazing. That dog is
00:16something else. The 54-year-old Australian Timothy Shattuck was sailing to French Polynesia from
00:22Mexico when a storm damaged his ship, cutting off his electronics and therefore his communications.
00:29After drifting for several weeks, the boat was spotted by a helicopter about 1,200 feet off the
00:34coast of Mexico. Shattuck and his pup Bella were then rescued by a tuna trawler. To the captain
00:41and this fishing company that saved my life, I'm just so grateful. I really didn't think
00:48I'd make it, you know, so thank you. Thank you so much. Shattuck received medical attention
00:54once he made it back to dry land and said he is doing pretty good.
