00:12Lebanon's health ministry said 66 people were wounded in the strikes, the fourth such attacks
00:17on central Beirut in less than a week.
00:20The strikes destroyed an eight-story building, with the Hezbollah representative saying none
00:24of the group's officials were inside at the time.
00:28The latest escalation comes after a U.S. envoy traveled to the region in a bid to strike
00:32a deal to end months of fighting between Israel and Hezbollah that has erupted into a full-blown
00:38war.
00:40The current proposal calls for a two-month ceasefire during which Israeli forces would
00:44withdraw from Lebanon and Hezbollah would end its armed presence along the southern
00:48border.
00:49Thousands more Lebanese troops would patrol the border area with U.N. peacekeepers and
00:54an international committee would monitor the deal's implementation.
