बीजेपी नेता अरूण चतुर्वेदी ने महाराष्ट्र , झारखंड और राजस्थान के उपचुनावों को लेकर कहा कि झारखंड विधानसभा चुनावों को लेकर जो रुझान सामने आ रहे हैं, इससे स्पष्ट है कि वहां बदलाव की लहर चल रही है। झारखंड में अब तक की सरकार ने जिस तरह से शासन चलाया है, वह पूरी तरह से एक परिवार तक सीमित रहा। गठबंधन की आंतरिक खींचतान और भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दों ने जनता को निराश किया है। अब झारखंड के लोग एक नई शुरुआत चाहते हैं। वे डबल इंजन की सरकार के पक्ष में हैं, जो राज्य और केंद्र के सामंजस्य से तेज विकास का रास्ता खोलेगी।
वहीं उन्होंने महाराष्ट्र चुनाव को लेकर कहा कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में गठबंधन सरकार ने महाराष्ट्र में जिस तरह से काम किया है, वह सराहनीय है। आज भाजपा, शिवसेना, और एनसीपी के मिलकर बने गठबंधन ने विकास को एक नई दिशा दी है। मुझे विश्वास है कि इस चुनाव के बाद भी भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेतृत्व में एक बार फिर सरकार बनेगी।
वहीं राजस्थान में हो रहे उपचुनावों पर उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्थान में भी हम ज्यादातर सीटें जीतेंगे। अशोक गहलोत के दावों को लेकर उन पर हमला करते हुए अरुण चतुर्वेदी ने कहा कि जैसे-जैसे परिणाम स्पष्ट होंगे, उनकी गलतफहमियां दूर हो जाएंगी।
