00:00I'm going to be taste testing a brand new alcohol range from Aldi.
00:04The brand new alcohol range is named the Infusionist Shimmer Globes
00:08and you will see why they have that name once we take a look at the bottle.
00:12Now I think these are quite reasonably priced for an alcohol product
00:16as they are £12.99 per bottle and I do think that the bottle is very pretty to look at.
00:22However of course we will be getting into how they taste today on this taste test.
00:26Aldi have kindly sent me the three brand new bottles to try
00:30so I will give you my honest opinion on what I think and whether or not you should buy them.
00:36So here we have the first one which is named Blood Orange.
00:39As you can see this has a sort of orange light red shade
00:43and I'm not sure if it picks up completely on the camera
00:46but it does have that shimmer that it promises in its title.
00:50Now the Blood Orange one is actually a gin liqueur.
00:53I absolutely love a gin so I'm really excited to give this one a go.
00:59Oh that's really nice that is actually sweeter than I thought it would be.
01:03Obviously I know the lemonade will sweeten it up a bit but
01:06yeah it has a really nice sweet taste and I wasn't expecting that I don't know why.
01:11You can definitely taste the orange in this as well I will say
01:16and yeah that's really really nice love that.
01:19Next up we have the honey flavoured rum liqueur.
01:23Now I'm quite looking forward to this one because I do like honey
01:26however rum not so much so let's see how it tastes.
01:31I will definitely say that the smells of these alcohols are very prominent
01:36but in a really nice way and when I've poured this drink I can absolutely smell the honey
01:41which means it's really a good representation of the flavour it suggests.
01:46So let's go in with the taste.
01:47Wow that is a very very unique flavour.
01:52I have actually had honey flavoured liqueurs before and nothing has been better.
