00:24There was no intention, Your Honor, to demand from them or to order them or to commandeer
00:31them into something that they did not want to do.
00:35Lopez explained she approached the matter from the perspective that the audit observations
00:39were not yet final.
00:41The letter, which he signed, stated the subject's subpoena should not be complied with, citing
00:45violation of the constitutional principle of separation of powers.
00:50The House panel ordered Lopez's detention in their facility until Monday, November 25,
00:54the date of the next probe, into Duterte's alleged misuse of public funds.
