00:00Fourth best price got 9 to 1 for Houston to win the AFC.
00:07There is a clear tier of three at the top right now.
00:10The Chiefs, the favorites of plus 220.
00:12The Buffalo Bills back by only 70 cents at plus 290.
00:16The Ravens, a dollar back of Buffalo's price at plus 390.
00:21And Scott, when you look around the AFC, we mentioned the
00:24Chargers, you've talked a lot about the Steelers, Pittsburgh
00:27at plus 950, LA at 13 to 1, and there's Houston at 9 to 1 as well.
00:33I think you could make an argument, Scott, that when you're looking
00:36at some of these teams, the Steelers are still slightly being
00:39undervalued, at least the odds maker's not fully bought into
00:42the idea that Pittsburgh can actually contend for that AFC crowd.
00:47Yeah, you know, I'm not going to say I don't know why, but I
00:50don't think it's based on the record and I don't think it's
00:53based on the team, you know?
00:55So what else would it be based on then, Scott, right?
00:58It would be based on their schedule.
01:00You know, right now they control their own destiny.
01:04They have a game at Kansas City, so they should be, if, you know,
01:08big if, but if they were to beat, and it's actually at home, if
01:11they beat Kansas City, they would be the number one seed, which
01:14would make their life so much easier, right?
01:17So why are they 21 to 1 to win it all then, Scott?
01:19Because you look at their schedule.
01:21It's just a gauntlet.
01:22Like we've talked about it before.
01:23It is one great team after another.
01:26So chances are really, really good that not only won't they be
01:29the number one seed, they might not even win their own division
01:32when you look at their schedule.
01:34So there's a lot of factors playing into their monster odds.
01:37And again, as crazy as it sounds, but I don't think it's based
01:40on how good they can be.
01:41It's based on chances are pretty good.
01:43You're going to be a number two or number three seed or, you
01:47know, at best and maybe even be a wild card, which would really
01:50make their road to the Super Bowl that much tougher.
01:53When you look at the division price, of course, Pittsburgh,
01:56a huge win on Sunday at home against the Ravens.
01:59They have a game and a half lead.
02:01And right now the direct to head-to-head tiebreaker against
02:04Baltimore, but still only minus 160 for the Steelers to win
02:08the AFC North because against Baltimore, it was their only
02:12division game so far this year.
02:13They'll see the flock in week number 16 through the last weekend
02:18of this NFL regular season.
02:20And Scott, although Pittsburgh right now based on remaining
02:24strength of schedule, the records of your opponent still on the
02:28docket, it doesn't seem overly difficult because they have
02:31the Browns and the Bengals both twice.
02:34We know since he is maybe not at least in caliber of team quite
02:38to be the four and seven team their record indicates.
02:41And although the Browns only have two wins, that's how we start
02:44off week 12.
02:45The Browns a just a three and a half point underdog at home
02:49against Pittsburgh on this Thursday.
02:52Yeah.
02:52I mean that that alone tells you, right?
02:54I mean, you would think Pittsburgh nice win on Baltimore.
02:57I know that the road team Brown stink, right?
02:59You know, last place two wins, you know, fighting for the worst
03:03record in the NFL.
03:04Again, here Pittsburgh is only a three and a half point favorite.
03:07Just that's why you can't take those Browns games or the
03:10Bengal game and just say, well, they're bad football teams.
03:13They're playing not in the AFC North.
03:15No, those will all be wars.
03:17Those will all be tough game.
03:18Then you throw the other game of the Eagles and the Philadelphia
03:21in the Kansas City Chiefs.
03:22They have on their schedule.
03:23It's a it's a gauntlet for them.
03:25It is.
