00:00In Manila, a man was shot dead inside his parked car.

00:08Marisol Abduramal was the one who was arrested and charged with the crime.

00:16This man was bleeding and dead inside his car in Padre Alde Atabal Santos Street in Manila,

00:25according to the security guard, Smen Abedin.

00:27He noticed that the car was in a hazard around 6.30 a.m.

00:31When it was a bit late, the traffic lights were on.

00:36They looked at it.

00:37When they looked at it, they saw the driver.

00:42He was already dead.

00:43They saw that there was blood on his car.

00:47When the CCTV was taken to the scene,

00:49the car was seen in a hazard on the side of the road.
