00:00Sabah Mineral Management Sendian Berhad accused former CEO Jonti Ingihon of violating Fidusyari's duties of fraud and misconduct.

00:11SMM Executive Officer Natasha Sim said an in-depth investigation revealed Jonti's misconduct claims to the agency,

00:19including violations of Fidusyari's duties, fraud activities, false statements to the SMM and misconduct management agency.

00:27Jonti was also found to be acting out of his power to provide benefits to entities that have the potential for conflict of interest without the knowledge of the agency.

00:37SMM has appointed a judge to investigate a civil lawsuit against Jonti for financial and reputation damages.

00:46Sim reiterated the SMM's commitment to upholding good management while adding that the company fully cooperated with the SPRM and the police in their investigation.

00:57Jonti was charged with fraud, with the informant behind the video claiming fraud involving several Sabah agents.

01:06He denied the lawsuit, claiming he did not act as a middleman, while stating that it was a complete lie,

01:14and insisted that he had evidence of Hj. J. Nur's Sabah Chief Minister's case of misuse of power.

01:21However, Hj. J. has admitted to full cooperation, stating that he has nothing to hide.
