00:20Cuba and the President Miguel DÃaz-Canel toured the affected areas to meet with the locals and
00:24to assess progress made in recovery efforts. At a meeting of the National Defense Council,
00:29the Cuban President urged for an accelerated pace in housing reconstruction as vital services
00:36such as electricity and water and communications are restored.
00:44There are already brigades inspecting the houses and evaluating the extent of the damages to
