Storm surge hits Catanduanes

A storm surge hits the Imelda Boulevard in Catanduanes on Nov. 16, 2024 as Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) trucks in the province drive by to ensure the full evacuation of residents in the area ahead of the expected landfall of Super Typhoon 'Pepito' (international name: Man-yi). One of the trucks, according to BFP Provincial Chief Glenn Rodrigueza, was damaged after it was hit by the strong waves.
