00:41a District Engineer at Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang,
00:44Muhammad Kairul Hakim Hamidi,
00:47a Senior Assistant Engineer at Langkawi JKR, Kedah,
00:51and Muhammad Ikram Abdulbari,
00:53a Customer Service Officer at Langkawi JKR.
00:57The incident was believed to have been triggered by continuous heavy rain,
01:01which led to a sudden rise in the water level of Sungai Jahang,
01:05resulting in a boat carrying six passengers and a guide capsizing.
