Basically you'll select Deadpool and Wolverine, and go somewhere that has these flames on the floor.
Then you take one of the characters and take fire damage until they lose all their hearts, and they are simply born in the adamantium skeleton version.
Look how Wolverine looks in the skeleton version with just the claws and the mask.
Deadpool can do this too.
