00:00Then coming up tomorrow, Blues versus Boston Bruins. I know a lot of Boston Bruins fans
00:08that are just scratching their head and I don't want to add insult to injury. I don't
00:13even want to bring up the fact that Swayman hasn't been as sharp lately. I'm going to
00:17leave that to you guys to judge, but I know the Boston Bruins have to sort out some things
00:21if they're going to look at any sort of playoff contention here. New York Islanders strung
00:24together a strong performance versus the Vancouver Canucks. We talked about that earlier when
00:28we mentioned the return of Dakota Joshua. And look, this is a team that's actually played
00:34pretty well defensively considering they're down two or three defensemen. They're down
00:38a number of guys. Their top line had to be completely restructured between Barzal and
00:42Duclair being out. Duclair though, keep an eye on him. He should be returning to the
00:47ice soon enough. That comes back into play. There's less stress going on on Sorokin and
00:52Varlamov and then we can see a New York Islanders team that could probably sneak back into the
00:56mix. That's exactly what this team did last year when they bought into Patrick Wall and
01:00all that he brought to the team. So that's probably one of the teams I'd say, don't completely
01:04roll your eyes at them because we've seen them be sneaky before. Then taking on the
01:09Seattle Kraken, that's going to be a nice test to see how they've configured, how they've
01:13reconfigured is probably the better word to say here because Seattle Kraken defensively.
01:17Okay, hello. And then more importantly, Ducord, he's been extraordinary between the pipes
01:22in a number of ways. A young guy who's really trying to thrive through. Winnipeg Jets taking
01:27on the Florida Panthers. Is this a potential preview in a number of ways? You tell me because
01:34Jets did just fall short to the Tampa Bay Lightning four to one when Vasilevsky picked
01:39up his 300th win on top of being the fastest goaltender to do so. That's just me saying
01:44it. This is sitting at six and a half minus one and a half puck line like this for a number
01:48of reasons. Panthers are going to be pissed off because they just got bested by the New
01:52Jersey Devils. Managing their speed was complicated. Playing well in front of Vrowski as well as
01:58Spencer Knight was complicated. There's a number of adjustments they're going to have
02:01to make. Now, this is a Panthers team that we've seen skid before and then bounce back
02:05like no other. Going against the Winnipeg Jets team that's been near perfection and
02:10now they're going to have a little bit of a revenge chip on their shoulder. Talk about
02:13a game that you have circled on the calendar to watch go down tomorrow night at 7pm. And
02:17then one of the other top ones, two Canadian teams battling it out, Oilers trying to get
02:21back in rare form or at least contention for a playoff conversation and Toronto Maple
02:24Leaves. They're still going to be without Austin Matthews. I mentioned earlier about
02:28Max Petruatti being week to week now. Mitch Marner, though, I mean, he's almost made sure
02:33he picks up a point per matchup except for some of the shutouts that they have faced.
02:36So let's see how these two Canadian teams string their games together to put on a top
02:40performance tomorrow night. And then Sabres versus the Flyers. Flyers with a third period
02:45comeback and making sure that they seal the deal in overtime. Those are one of those teams
02:49that the door is not closed until the final whistle blows. So a number of great games
02:53coming down the slate.
