00:00Today marks one week since James Gibbons was reported missing from Cuxton on Saturday the
00:069th of November. James is just 16 years old. He's 5'11", he's got brown hair and he wears
00:15a brace on his teeth. He has a scar on the right hand side of the back of his head which
00:20is described as being similar to a question mark. What we know is that James was wearing
00:26black socks, black trainers, brown tracksuit bottoms and had a grey zip-up hooded top.
00:34What we've further been able to establish is that James walked into an alleyway of Woodhurst
00:38Close at 12.52pm and then went in the direction of Cuxton Woods. We have carried out a huge
00:47search operation and a wider investigation to find James using specialist expertise from
00:53partner agencies and we are continuing that search. We are asking the public to remain
01:00vigilant and report any sightings and I would urge everyone in the local area to check their
01:06CCTV, any dash cam footage and any outbuildings in the search for James. We will do all in
01:15our power to find James and bring him home safely to his family. James' family are desperate
01:23to hear from him. Anyone who sees anything that may be relevant to the inquiry, please
01:29don't hesitate to contact us by 999 quoting the reference 09-1043. Thank you.
