01:29We decided that a national legislation is needed

01:44The Metro Manila Council is also planning to pass an ordinance regarding this.

01:49Earlier, it was agreed that the Metro Manila Council will pass a resolution

01:54although, it was deferred to pass because

01:58Quezon City already has an ordinance

02:02although, it will only be reserved for parking

02:04but not for people.

02:05So, we will study that

02:07and it will be expanded to prohibit the building of people

02:11to reserve the parking spaces.

02:15While the laws regarding this are still being waited for,

02:18Congressman Zendaya encouraged the public and private establishments

02:23to pass a law regarding this

02:25that will help to bring the holiday rush closer.
