01:06by the time I will be celebrating my 100 days in office,
01:12from the 18 local governments, I will bring young youth, that is 100,
01:17within the 18 local governments that are millionaires.
01:22When I'm going to celebrate my 100 days,
01:28across the 18 local governments, you will see young boys, young girls,
01:32that are millionaires. They will have their own businesses.
01:35They will have people working for them.
01:37If you have 2 million, you are a millionaire.
01:39If you have 5 million, you are a millionaire.
01:41They will not do 419 again, because I'm a man that thinks out of the box.
01:45I will create work for them.
01:48Before I go, and I've promised women that are traders,
01:54if you don't belong to any market associations for now,

02:02I've said, the security deposit,
02:10those are things that will create work for the women, so that it can be OK.

02:16And this is the first time that if you have a contract to be given out in this state,

02:47and I charged the DIG,
02:49and I charged other security agents,
02:53that I believe that they are credible people,
02:57as they said, and I believe they are trustworthy people.
