00:00I think traditional Aussie pubs are starting to become a dying breed so we
00:06want we want to stay like a traditional Aussie pub. We don't need purple walls
00:11and pink chandeliers and $12 scooters. We just want to do our thing, be a place
00:18for the community to come. People who live in the cities they'll find, and look
00:24there's a market for it, there's a market for everyone and everything, but for me
00:28for Milton I was born and bred in Milton so I've been here all my life and I just
00:35love traditional Aussie pubs so that's what I want to offer to our community, to
00:40our customers, to the boys that come in of an afternoon. You know they're
00:45quite comfortable to come in in their work clothes versus Friday and Saturday
00:50nights where we still have pub rock, live bands, it's all happening, girls can frock
00:55up, come in. We just want to offer something for everyone but in a
00:59traditional Aussie pub way.
