Gillingham resident Allan Galvin believes a seven-bed HMO proposal in Selbourne Road, Gillingham would tower over homes and add to existing parking problems if approved.

00:00Obviously the security side is a problem because the only access that people will have into
00:06the back garden of 32 where they're going to install seven bike rack is through the gated
00:14secured alleyway and if that gets left open then it's not a secure alleyway anymore.
00:21The parking in the street is horrendous in the evenings and at weekends so if any of the new
00:29occupants in this seven bedroom building have cars then that's going to compound the issue even more
00:38so having seven people living next door I personally would feel it's horrendous.
